Cancellation Policy

In booking a consultation with Herbal Path, I hereby employ Vanessa Lahey for the purposes of consultation on her personal advice about herbal and dietary information. I also understand that the results obtained will be partially dependent upon my own efforts. Assumption of Risk: I understand the benefits and risks associated with herbal dietary supplements and give my full consent for herbal consultation and recommendations. I understand that herbal products are natural supplements and may affect individuals differently. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult my own doctor or a healthcare professional prior to using any of the products, especially if I am currently experiencing any underlying health conditions or using pharmaceutical medications. Release of Liability: I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Herbal Path, Vanessa Lahey, as well as any employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, injuries, or damages arising from the use or misuse of the products, including but not limited to adverse reactions. No Medical Claims: No representation will be made to me concerning specific results to be expected through Vanessa Lahey's methods or any products recommended. I understand that the products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and no medical claims whatsoever will be made. Virtual Consultations: Consultations are strictly 15-minutes in duration. It is my responsibility to ensure I have a working internet connection for Zoom appointments. Appointments more than 5 minutes late will be cancelled without notice, whereafter I will need to rebook according to availability. I agree to use this service on a reasonable basis for brief queries. By checking the box below and/or proceeding with a purchase, I affirm that I have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
